Some of the original farm buildings house various agricultural displays. The Old Barn has exhibits on life on farms in this region, the crops that were grown and numerous pieces of farming equipment. Veterinary instruments, cheese and butter making equipment and a superb collection of all types and fashions of wagons form the heart of the displays. A carpentry and blacksmithy are also housed in some of the old buildings.
Some of the unique wagons are the Mitchell-Innes shooting brake, a Victorian governess cart and the rickshaw, similar to the ones used by the rickshaw passenger service in Dundee at the beginning of the 20thC.
